Sorry, Anita – I’m with Zaiga on this one. Did you see the latest pencast on multiplication boxes? you might like that better.
Makes sense to me!
I prefer a calculator – handheld, phone, computer etc..
Or sometimes I call my mom.
Seriously, arrays are cool to keep it simple, and conceptualize.
Old school, alga rythims rule.
At first I thought multiplication was hard.But now that I know how to do it it gets easier every time we work on it.
I like the multiplication open arrays that you showed us it is a easy way to remember multiplication.
